Brighten with a fresh coat of paint, or touch up trim, front shutters, and window frames.

Clean windows inside and out.

Sweep front entrance.

Place a new welcome mat.

Hang a wreath on the door.

Replace torn screens or broken windows.

INTERIOR TIPS:

Paint or refresh kitchen cabinets.

Line shelves with new shelf paper.

Clean oven, stove, and other appliances to remove grease, dirt, fingerprints.

Mop & Wax kitchen floor.
